Plusnet are very good despite not being a well-known brand as such. It was simple to order, set-up and use, there hasn't been a problem since. I've switched my parents onto Plusnet as well and set it all up for them as well without any problems. Really good service and tremendous value for money.

I went to plusnet because it was the cheapest I could find. I wasn't expecting too much, but it has been good so far. Shortly after getting it, it started to go really slowly, but one phone call to a UK call centre (answered really quickly) sorted it out there and then. Never had it cut off on me either, which was a major problem with my last ISP.
